About Zappos.com Payment Method?
Zappos.com offers several payment methods. Customers can use international credit cards and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Pre-Paid Gift Cards. Additionally, customers can use Amazon Pay and PayPal for transactions. If customers log in with Amazon, they may be eligible for additional Prime benefits like free upgraded shipping. Zappos also offers a buy now, pay later option with Zip (previously Quadpay), where payments are automatically made from the linked debit or credit card every two weeks. Please note that if an order placed with PayPal was declined, the payment method on the order needs to be updated to a credit card that is on file in the Zappos account and the order needs to be resubmitted. Unfortunately, a new payment method from the PayPal account cannot be selected. Zappos does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

Zappos.com offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimums or exclusions. Some customers may qualify for expedited shipping at no charge. Zappos ships anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses. At checkout, multiple shipping options with estimated delivery dates are typically available. Please note that some items are ineligible for expedited shipping, such as watches containing lithium batteries. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments outside the continental United States. Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
As for the return policy, return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always free. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zappos, you can return your eligible item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. Items indicated as Final Sale merchandise are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. It typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at the fulfillment center and be processed for a refund. Once the qualifying return is received and the refund is approved, Zappos will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account. Some customers may qualify for rapid refunds through Zappos VIP or other perks. You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund. Final Sale merchandise is sold as-is and is not eligible to exchange.
